About Cape Verde
Cape Verde was Sub-Saharan Africa's second-most-improved economy on the overall regulatory ease of doing business for local firms and among the most improved worldwide according to Doing Business 2011: Making a Difference for Entrepreneurs, the eighth in a series of annual reports published by IFC and the World Bank.
Cape Verde’s economy has shown signs of recovery from the financial crisis particularly for the tourism and construction sectors. These positive developments are also confirmed by the Careers in Africa Team which has witnessed a significant increase in the number of companies recruiting for their operations in Cape Verde.
