We mainly look for young engineering-school and business-school graduates, and for applicants holding master’s or higher university degrees.
We look at academic backgrounds and prior work experience (internships and the like). But we also look at personalities. THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
We hire staff for the medium or long term. Applicants go through a series of one-to-one interviews with outside consultants, recruitment officers, career managers and the staff who will be supervising the successful candidate on the job.
