Qualifications Skills & Experience
- Strong HND or BEng / BSc background from a good university or M Eng / MSc oversees, excellent leadership skills with likely 5 to 10 years experience in an industrial manufacturing role where they have managed a significant team directly.
- Strong focus on Safety and able to drive change in a team.
