• Identify and assess investment opportunities for Sogester
• Structure business cases
• Engage local stakeholders
Overall objective
Land and contribute to land profitable investment projects for Sogester
Person Specifications:
Qualifications Skills & Experience
• Angolan national necessary
• Degree in Management or Finance ideal
• Operational experience in any field. Shipping and/or freight forwarding preferred.
• capable of developing good working relationships and cooperation with Sogester staff as well as external stakeholders
• will to learn, does not assume and checks facts, consistent, persevering
• self-drive and autonomy on the ground
• ability or potential to manage various angles of a project (Ops, Commercial, Finance, Investment)
• ability or potential to develop a balanced view of a project
• Good Leadership skill; someone willing to work, not someone who will try and delegate all his/her tasks from.
