Purpose of the role
To ensure constant growth in sales and sales margins; as well as to effectively buy to ensure constant sales growth and increase in gross margins coupled with necessary advertising spend recoupment

Accountable for the overall performance of the division’s foods buying function

Development and implementation of Division’s operational marketing plans based on marketing strategies
Monitors actual buying performance against operational plans and KPI’s
Resolves escalated (operational) problems
