CATEGORY MANAGER
Responsibilities
• To develop product category image, turnover and profitability in the trade
• Define L’Oreal strategy on one or more categories, and convey it to the trade, through strong relationships with local distributors
• Analyze and anticipate market evolution; identify growth levers for each category and each customer
• Make recommendations and influence the trade in its category management decisions: assortment, space allocation, merchandising, stores design and valorisation
• Develop category partnerships with the trade, coordinate projects, follow up and set up corrective actions
• Build a successful and efficient organization
• Recruit, develop and manage teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and change management

Education & Experience
• Relevant degree
• Previous exposure working with Nielson Data
• Sales Rep Experience
• Understanding of the trade
• Knowledge of markets and brands
• Product sensitivity
• Marketing and/or sales management
