Aker Solutions’ Subsea team based in Luanda, is an innovative, dynamic and highly competent team that provides advanced subsea systems and services on depths down to 2000 meters. We are looking for: Cost Controller
Responsibilities and tasks
• Ensure commercial focus in the projects, and to have focus on costs when it can be influenced
• Project Creation
- Project records
- Activity structure
- Budgeting
• Project Monitoring
- Prepare internal project reports on a monthly basis
- Assist the Project Controller Supervisor with estimates on costs and revenue increases
- Report to customers in accordance with contracts
- Issue invoices in accordance with contracts
Qualifications & personal attributes
• University degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Economy
• Technical background with experience within finance may also be considered
• 3-5 years relevant controlling/finance experience
• Good Excel and general IT knowledge
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal
• ERP understanding ( SAP ) is an advantage
- Knowledge of how project and/or Oil &Gas companies operate is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Proactive and self-driven
