Description du poste :
Total Gabon recherche, pour ses activités pétrolières, de jeunes diplômés gabonais de formation technique pour des fonctions de chargé d’affaires.
Dans le cadre des projets de développement, des programmes de travaux et à partir des demandes d’intervention de maintenance sur les plates-formes (à terre comme en mer), vous travaillerez au sein du service Travaux ou d’une équipe projets. Votre mission principale sera de préparer et présenter des dossiers techniques concernant l’ingénierie détaillée des projets, tout en assurant la disponibilité des moyens de production existants.

Formation et connaissances:
• Diplôme d’Ingénieur généraliste
• Compétences en ingénierie, construction, production, installation de plates-formes
• Sécurité, appels d’offres et négociation des contrats, contrôle des coûts, planification, gestion de l’équipe de projet.
• La pratique courante de l’anglais est indispensable.
Niveau d’expérience attendu:
• Une première expérience dans l’univers pétrolier serait fortement appréciée.

• Doté d’un esprit d’équipe, mobilité géographique, autonomie, rigueur, organisation, analyse, aptitude au travail en équipe, adaptabilité, ouverture d’esprit technique, curiosité.

PROJECT ENGINEER (LOCAL CONTRACT)

His role will be to:
• Assist the project management team (including work package managers) in the organization, implementation and audit of quality procedures related to the project.
• Review key contractor engineering procedures to ensure logical process flow, design planning, design verification, quality control of document structure and format, and logical interface with procurement and construction.
• Review key contractor procurement procedures to ensure logical process flow and consistent interface with engineering and construction.
• Establish, follow up and constantly control the quality management system of the project.
• Organize and coordinate the quality surveillance of contractors (project execution plans, project quality plans, quality control plans, audit schedules and key project management procedures), issuing updated evaluations of their performance within the project ensuring that they are logical, process-focused, and systematic and that they fulfill contract requirements

Training and knowledge:
• MSc, or equivalent, qualification in Engineering or Project Management and a high level of awareness of Health and Safety issues and be able to encourage good practice in others
Expected level of experience :
• Significant experience of working in the oil and gas industry, preferably within Exploration and Production
• Will have some people management experience and the ability to motivate, inspire and lead multi-disciplinary teams
Abilities:
• He/she must be able to work as part of a team and work
• He/she must show flexibility and sensitivity in multi-cultural teams and local environments
• He/she must have full international mobility
