ACTIVITES
- Établir les documents contractuels en liaison avec les entités opérationnelles et fonctionnelles et garantir la cohérence de l’ensemble et la protection des intérêts du Groupe
- Élaborer les documents d’Appel d’Offres, des négociations contractuelles et commerciales et d’attribution des marchés dans un souci d’optimisation économique
- Suivre l’évolution des contrats (renouvellements, amendements, …)
PROFIL REQUIS
Expérience : 5 ans et plus
Compétences: esprit de rigueur, de synthèse et d’analyse, résistance aux changements, qualité relationnelle, d’écoute et de communication, expérience de la négociation commerciale et contractuelle, connaissances solide de l’anglais, connaissances des métiers de l’amont, connaissances en droit des affaires, fiscalité et assurances, connaissances des outils Contrats Achats (modèles de contrats, SMT, SAP, Contiki, MI Tool).
Formation : Bac + 5 ou basée sur l’expérience professionnelle (Ecole supérieure de commerce, Droit des affaires, Ecole d’ingénieur).

Job description
The successful candidate will carry out but not limited to the following:
• Establish the list of tenderers
• Participate and conduct negotiations
• Intervene in the settlement of law suits in relation with the juridical, insurance and financial departments.
• Follow and know the markets
• Prepare and send out the dossiers of pre-consultation and standard or complex invitations to bid
• Assist and advise management on contracts
• Train through field training contracts engineers
• Establish technical contacts
Required skills
Education:
The successful candidate should have a BSc. Degree in Engineering
Expected level of experience:
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 6 years experience
Skills:
