Description du poste :
Total Gabon recherche, pour ses activités pétrolières, de jeunes diplômés gabonais de formation technique pour des fonctions d’ingénieur forage.
Vos missions principales, dans le cadre d’un travail en équipe, seront de :
• Préparer les programmes d’opérations
• Réaliser les synthèses techniques et opérationnelles
• Assurer le suivi des opérations
• Rédiger les procédures opérationnelles
• Assurer le suivi des coûts
• Réaliser des études pour améliorer les performances
• Préparer et conduire les appels d’offres et contrats de services et d’équipements
• Optimiser les activistes des prestataires de services et évaluer leurs performances
• Assurer le respect des règles de sécurité et du référentiel
• Anticiper les besoins et organiser les approvisionnements
• Proposer des innovations technologiques

Formation et connaissances:
• Diplôme d’Ingénieur généraliste, pouvant être complété par une formation IFP School.
• La pratique courante de l’anglais est indispensable.
Niveau d’expérience attendu:
• 5 années minimum d’expérience dans l’univers pétrolier (de préférence dans le domaine du forage).
Aptitudes:
• Mobilité géographique, organisation, rigueur, analyse, leadership, aptitude au travail en équipe, adaptabilité, esprit de décision, ouverture d’esprit technique, curiosité, résistance au stress.

Total Gabon is seeking for Gabonese young graduate or experimented talents to join its technical department, to work as senior drilling engineer. The job position is located in port-Gentil.
SENIOR DRILLING ENGINEER (LOCAL CONTRACT)

His role will be to:
• Manage, lead , coordinate drilling operations and engineering activities for deep-water operations and
• ensure the coordination within geocience team.
• Ensure the drilling programmes are issued in a timely manner and roll out on the rig,
• Ensure the application of the Company Rules within the programs, apply for derogations,
• Ensure optimum involvement of all HQ departments for optimised operations, and the HQ studies are issued qualitatively in a timely manner within the corresponding budget,
• Ensure that proper HSE management procedures are in place and followed,
• Ensure the application of the Drilling Improvement Process,
• Ensure the technical analysis of the drilling operation and produce end of well reports in a timely manner and transverse experience sharing,
• Ensure technical specifications and scope of work for drilling rig services,
• Initiate Call For Tender and evaluate technical and commercial proposals as per company standards,
• Ensure workshops are timely prepared and well workflow, well summary, well budget, KPI are issued in time and well budget objective is fulfilled and controlled,
• Transfer knowhow to junior engineers. Participate as mentor to newly recruited engineer

Skills :
• Training and knowledge
• Graduated drilling engineer, IFP School
• Knowledge of deep water drilling environment would be appreciated
• Will have a high level of awareness of Health and Safety issues and be able to encourage good practice in others.
Expected level of experience:
• Minimum 7 years in the petroleum industry with some people management experience and the ability to motivate, inspire and lead multi-disciplinary teams
Abilities:
• He/she must be able to work as part of a team and work.
• He/she must be able and keen to travel the World and work in a variety of countries.

• Rigor of analysis
• Self-initiative is essential.
