Description du poste :
Total Gabon recherche, pour ses activités pétrolières, de jeunes diplômés gabonais de formation technique pour des fonctions d’ingénieur opérations de levage.
Vos missions principales seront de:
• Fournir au quotidien une expertise dans les activités de levage sur le site,
• Vérifier les règles de sécurité sur des appareils de levage spécifiques et évaluer leur utilisation sur site en concertation avec le Département inspection
• Evaluer le traitement et l’organisation des opérations de levage ;
• Etablir les bilans annuels des opérations de levage ;
• Participer aux audits des opérations de levage;
• Etablir et mettre à jour les procédures de levage et s’assurer de leur compréhension et mise en œuvre ;
• Passer en revue le système actuel et les normes de maintenance des équipements en ce qui concerne la rentabilité.
• Evaluer et développer les compétences du personnel impliqué dans les opérations de levage.

Formation et connaissances:
• Universitaire (Bac+5) ou ingénieur généraliste, + ENSPM
• Des connaissances en opérations de levage seront appréciées
• Anglais courant
Niveau d’expérience attendu:
• Une première expérience dans l’univers pétrolier serait appréciée.

Missions
Within a team-work context :
• Act as a technical advisor of handling and lifting service.
• Promote safe handling & lifting operation referring to Total HSE policy and international standard.
• Manage handling and lifting and cargo personnel.
Activities
• Handling / lifting
• Provide expertise in day to day handling and lifting activities on site, which include: categorizing lifts, hazard identifications and risk assessment, technical review (lifting procedures and organizations), selection of equipment/suitability of contractors’ equipment, toolbox talk, post-job debriefing, and assessment of completed job.
• Promote safe handling & lifting operation referring to Total HSE policy and international standard.
• Review engineering calculation for complex & complicated lifts.
• Approve complicated and complex lift plan and attend the lifts
• Perform condition check and fitness for purpose on lifting appliances, CCUs, and evaluate their utilization on site (in coordination with Inspections Department).
• Provide lifting and handling expertise advice to all RSES.
Reporting
• Contribute from experience via REX+ software, monthly reporting to the Headquarter (TDO/LSO/OPS).
HSE
• Report HIPO, and incidents to HQ.
Audit / method
• Assess handling & lifting organization in affiliates.
• Conduct annual reviews in handling and lifting.
• Participate in all handling and lifting audits in affiliate.
• Periodically review and re-issued generic lift plans
• Develop and maintain up to date subsidiary’s handling and lifting procedures/instructions and ensure they are well understood and applied.
Costs control and budgeting
• Review current system and standard of equipment’s maintenance with regards to cost effectiveness.
Management
• Assess competences and provide proposal of improvement for personnel involved in handling and lifting operations.
• Participate in the development of training plan for users up to required competence in cooperation with HQ (TDO/LSO/OPS).
• Ensure coaching and mentoring for personnel involved in handling and lifting operations on site.
