Description du poste :

Total Gabon recherche, pour sa direction des activités pétrolières, de jeunes diplômés gabonais de formation technique pour des fonctions de Responsable opérations amont.

Vos mission principales seront de :

&#149  Représenter la Compagnie sur site pour l’ensemble des personnels internes ou externes

&#149  Assurer la coordination des opérations d’exploitation et valider en tant que RSES les activités sur le site / secteur

&#149  S’assurer de la bonne supervision de l’ensemble des opérations d’exploitation

&#149  S’assurer du fonctionnement optimal des installations et du respect des programmes de production

&#149  S’assurer de la bonne mise en œuvre de la politique HSE de la filiale et Contribuer à l’amélioration des résultats

&#149  Participer à l’optimisation des opérations et programmes d’exploitation en concertation avec le support technique

&#149  Assurer la responsabilité du RSES dans le cadre du permis de travail

&#149  Assurer la mise en place du Emergency Réponse Plan en accord avec la politique HSE et organiser les exercices

&#149  S’assurer du suivi des plans d’actions et audits dans le cadre de la politique HSE

&#149  Gérer les situations dégradées et la mise à jour des bases de sécurité

&#149  Gérer au quotidien le personnel d’exploitation et assurer un climat serein de travail sur les installations

&#149  Participer aux  audits organisationnels et spécifiques

&#149  Valider le reporting production quotidien

&#149  Contrôler le suivi des coûts

&#149  S’assurer de la bonne mise à jour des bases de données et documents de l’exploitation

&#149  Assurer la gestion des contrats spécifiques liés aux activités du secteur

&#149  Participer à l’optimisation des activités des prestataires de services et évaluer leurs performances

&#149  S’assurer de la bonne marche de la logistique opérationnelle

&#149  Contribuer et faire contribuer au respect des objectifs de la filiale en matière d’exploitation

&#149  Contribuer à améliorer les compétences et le savoir faire, le retour d’expérience

&#149  Evaluer les collaborateurs

 Formation et connaissances:

&#149  Universitaire (Bac+5) ou ingénieur en géologie + ENSPM, ou expérience complète de la production (exploitation, puits, sécurité, maintenance)

&#149  Anglais courant

Niveau d’expérience attendu:

&#149  Minimum 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle 

Aptitudes:

&#149  Capacité à gérer de multiples interfaces (puits, travaux, …)

Total Gabon is the leading producer of oil in Gabon and the country’s oil development partner for more than 80 years. Since 2010, Total Gabon proceeds to the redevelopment of its mature fields and the renewal of its offshore facilities, which will allow it to maintain a production plate around 60 000 bbl/d. In addition, at the start of the year Total Gabon began its first deep offshore drilling campaign in Gabonese waters on Diaba block.

Total Gabon is seeking for Gabonese young graduate or experimented talents to join its technical department, to work as senior production engineer. The job position is located in port-Gentil.

FIELD OPERATIONS  ENGINEER

 His role will be to:

&#149  Company representative on site managing all the personnel internal and external

&#149  Coordinate all the activities related to site production and validate as RSES all the activities on site and area.

&#149  Insure good supervision for all the site operations

&#149  Optimize the use of the installations and the good follow up of the production plan in collaboration with the technical support

&#149  Make sure that the affiliate HSE policy is applied, followed and contribute to the improvement of the results

&#149  Implement and follow the Emergency Response Plan in accordance with the HSE policy and organize drills on regular basis.

&#149  Responsible of the follow up of the actions plan and audits according to the HSE policy

&#149  Responsible of the follow up of downgraded situations and the update of the database.

&#149  Responsible of the day to day activities and insure good and safe work environment

&#149  Participate to management audits when needed

&#149  Validate production reports, and sure

&#149  Responsible of cost control and participate to the budget preparation

&#149  Make sure the technical database and technical documentation are up to date

&#149  Supervise the contractor work and make their appraisal

&#149  Coordinate the logistic means in collaboration with the logistic department

&#149  Appraise; evaluate employees’ competencies, skills and their need in training.

&#149  Insure the good follow up of the technical contracts

&#149  Contribute and reinforce the good follow of the affiliate production objectives.

&#149  Minimum = MSc (or equivalent) preferably in Chemical Engineering, although other disciplines will be considered if experience is relevant, PHD in Geology, IFP School

Expected level of experience:

&#149  Minimum 10 years experience in oil and gas process/production

&#149 Experience of working in an offshore environment

&#149  Will have the ability to lead and motivate multinational teams and to work independently while maintaining good relations with colleagues and others

&#149  He/she must be able to work as part of a team and work

&#149  Organization, coordination

&#149  Rigor of analysis

&#149  Self-initiative is essential.

&#149  He/she will have to assist in the development of junior staff (for senior)

&#149  Good oral and written communication skills required / good team and project management skill expected (for senior)
