- Ensuring the maintenance of all equipments used in the packaging & brewing process
- Identify failure and take action accordingly in order to find solutions
- Continuous improvement of process and staff development
Experience/skills required
- Good knowledge of the related areas (for Senior ; manager ; professional only)
- People Management skills at high level ( for managers only )
- Very good organization skills
- Delegation skills (for managers only)
- Proactivity and ability to take initiative, decision making (all)
- Have been graduated in mechanical /civil engineering/ Industrial Engineering
- TPM continuous improvement
