Trade Marketing
-Responsible for all brands operating in the point of sale (POS) that can influence Consumer/Buyer behaviour in the (POS). Ensure that the brands are the first choice for any consumer and client.
Consistently generate innovative insights on shopper and on-trade consumer behaviour by channel that drive channel strategies and plans, in order to create and maintain competitive advantage.
Understand the category, portfolio and brand strategies and objectives in order to incorporate them into channel strategies and plans.
Possess a deep understanding of the needs, strategies and developments of the channel and customer universe in order to create winning channel strategies and plans.
Group outlets which have similar shopper/on-trade consumer needs, motivations and behaviour to enable the effective targeting of our brand offering and activation through winning channel strategies.
Create and embed a clear 3 year strategy for sustainable profitable growth of our portfolio and brands by channel.
Optimise channel profitability and activity ROI in a sustainable way.
Ensure the flawless execution of yearly channel operational plans, delivering agreed objectives on time, on strategy and within budget
POSITION PROFILE
–Qualifications:
Graduate University in Marketing /MBA
–Experience / skills required:
Minimum of 18 months relevant work experience of experience ideally in an FMG Industry and or/ international environment
-Language(s):
Fluency in French and English languages required
