National Sales & Key Account Manager

 

Responsibilities

&#149  To define and implement distribution and sales strategy to build the brand and achieve the organization’s short and long-term turnover objectives.

&#149  Develop sales strategies and annual business sales plans by account, aligned with the objectives decided by General Management

&#149  Develop strong relationships with the Senior Management of the trade

&#149  Build a strong partnership and intense working relationships with key accounts

&#149  Monitor the accounts’ performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed

&#149  Manage specific sales budgets (discounts, COOP)

&#149  Set sales targets and assign resources

&#149  Design sales organization, manage and develop commitment and performance of sales teams

&#149  Integrate the sales strategies and activities with other Departments (esp. Marketing, Customer Service, Education, Merchandising)

&#149  Recruit, develop and manage teams. Ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organization changes

&#149  Develop with Marketing adequate business model for Vichy in Departmental Channel: look, service, sales strategy, etc…

Education & Experience

&#149  Tertiary education in Commerce / Marketing

&#149  Min 4-5 years Key account management in related channel and preferably across channels

Previous experience in a multinational company, in the FMCG environment, preferably Health and Beauty.
