National Sales & Key Account Manager
Responsibilities
• To define and implement distribution and sales strategy to build the brand and achieve the organization’s short and long-term turnover objectives.
• Develop sales strategies and annual business sales plans by account, aligned with the objectives decided by General Management
• Develop strong relationships with the Senior Management of the trade
• Build a strong partnership and intense working relationships with key accounts
• Monitor the accounts’ performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed
• Manage specific sales budgets (discounts, COOP)
• Set sales targets and assign resources
• Design sales organization, manage and develop commitment and performance of sales teams
• Integrate the sales strategies and activities with other Departments (esp. Marketing, Customer Service, Education, Merchandising)
• Recruit, develop and manage teams. Ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organization changes
• Develop with Marketing adequate business model for Vichy in Departmental Channel: look, service, sales strategy, etc…

Education & Experience
• Tertiary education in Commerce / Marketing
• Min 4-5 years Key account management in related channel and preferably across channels
Previous experience in a multinational company, in the FMCG environment, preferably Health and Beauty.
