 OPERATIONS TECHNICAL INTEGRITY TEAM LEADER

JOB PURPOSE

Ensure the Production Operations department has established an effective maintenance and Integrity operating standard that provides maintenance and integrity support to the Operations team in following areas: Technical Integrity & Maintenance Management, Maintenance Strategies and Optimization, Asset Management and Operations Readiness and Assurance (OR&A) to support the management of change.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø  Coordinate the development and deployment of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) commensurate with the Group Asset Management system and its (MAXIMO) Materials & Inventory Management System.

Ø  Act as the CMMS Business Unit (BU) System custodian and coordinate the rollout and maintenance of the CMMS.

Ø  Implement the BU’s CMMS and Maintenance and Integrity Management System requirements in projects as part of the C&P scope prior to EPC.

Ø  Develop and maintain the BU Maintenance and Integrity Management System. 

Ø  Ensure KPI’s are developed for the BU Maintenance and Integrity Management System and report on monthly action plans to be developed for non-compliance areas.

Ø  Provide OR&A Project support (where applicable) in all phases of project developments from definition to concept selection and subsequent Design & Construction by providing operational assessment and compliance reports w.r.t. maintainability and technical integrity management, including but not limited to:

Ø  Operations (Maintenance & TI) assessments of development concepts and subsequent design proposals.

Ø  Maintenance Philosophy, Strategies & Work Processes.

Ø  High-level and detailed estimation of Operating Costs.

Ø  Maintainability criteria for processes and equipment selection.

Ø  Implementation and upload of the maintenance & materials MS, including the creation & development of E-SPIRs and CMMS upload with its job-card repository.

Ø  Development of the required maintenance Standards & Procedures and Work-Practices.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Ø  HND-level in a relevant engineering or equivalent.

Ø  Experience in Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Operations

Ø  Familiar with (MAXIMO) Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and related Asset  Management systems.

Ø  Management skills, a track record of having worked at the level of Head of Department.

Ø  Fluent in English & conversant with the standard MS-Office PC Repository.
