Based in Lagos, the Planning & Administration Manager reports directly to the General Manager Nigeria, Togo, Benin and is responsible for:
Marketing Activations:
- Works with key internal & external stakeholders (Marketing, Management Team, suppliers/agencies…) to build relationships and define key project deliverables, set objectives and manage project timelines and targets
- Brings a technical (Print, POSM, Negotiation, Agency) skill and a sensibility to products and projects which allows him/her to guarantee the feasibility of projects based on experience and knowledge of the category and local market
- Ensures achievement of key POSM projects under his/her responsibility in terms of cost, time to market, quality & sustainability objectives
- Ensure management of schedules with superior project management skills, following up with project members on progress and timelines
Suppliers/agencies Management
- Sources, interviews and works with brand managers to assess and select agencies/suppliers in accordance with Moët Hennessy’s standards and Brand strategies, makes recommendations for partnerships
- Maintains a database of agency/supplier contract terms and conditions, expiration date and capabilities
- Pro-actively reviews and negotiates contracts, annual rebates etc.
- Manages supplier/agencies feedback process for ongoing improvement
- Organizes working sessions between Marketing and suppliers whenever needed to ensure alignment on Brand objectives, deliverables, expectations and follow up on budget spend
Supply Chain
- Manages logistics team and follows up to ensure timely receipt / service delivery
- Manages and authorises POS use
- Manage supply chain suppliers : from maisons to Trade Rep
- Manages and authorizes free goods (inventory management, ordering to local distributors)
Reporting & Internal training
- Delivers monthly and quarterly reporting metrics
,key deliverables, project status…) to General Manager - Submits reports to General Manager on routine timely basis (weekly, Monthly etc.)
- Promotes Best Practice initiatives and informs key the Marketing and Management Team of industry trends
- Promotes an environment of innovation and collaboration
