Role Description:
Lead the process team of engineers and technicans with the overall objective of ensuring a cement plant is run at optimal efficiency and compliance on implementation of Lafarge standards and tools.  Strong focus on Energy management and heat efficiency, with interactions on quality and chemistry.
Person Specifications:
Qualifications Skills & Experience 
BEng or MEng   Chemical Engineering with 5 to 10 years experience in an industry such as Cement, Paper, Power, Steel, Sugar, Brewing.  Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to manage a team and results focussed.  Structured, with the mind set to challenge to continually improve plant performance..
