&#149  Relationship Building with corporate

&#149  Liaising with Intermediaries, Stock Exchanges, CMSA, Banks and BOT

INDEPENDENT DECISIONS:

&#149  Routine work during course of execution of assignments viz. Report writing, Meeting banks etc.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

&#149  MBA (Finance), CPA, CA

&#149  Legal degree will be preferable

&#149  Not less than 5 years experience in Investment Banking / Merchant Banking / Corporate Banking

&#149  Experience in consultancy and advisory in a larger consultancy firm is an added advantage.

COMPETENCIES

&#149  Good analytical skills,

&#149  Ability to Understand & Interpret Financial Statements

&#149  Adept in Financial Modeling / Presentation Making / Report writing

&#149  Prior experience in Equity Capital Market viz. Initial Public Offer is preferable

&#149  Sector Knowledge of any particular sector viz. Metal, Oil & Gas, Power etc is preferable

&#149  Flexibility to work profile and for extended Working hours
