Senior M&A

Job Description

The duties of the M&A activity consist of:

  • Identifying and assessing the investment opportunities
  • Suggesting investment projects to the investment committee
  • Piloting acquisition projects

Profile :

  • Diploma: business school or a master’s degree in business/finance
  • About 5 years’ experience in M&A or a minima in a consulting or auditing firm (transaction-oriented services / corporate finance)
  • Bilingual: English/French
  • International experience would be a plus

Technical Skills:

  • Valuation techniques and corporate finance
  • Due diligence conduct
  • Relative mastery of legal documentation
  • Minimum understanding of the issues and constraints related to M&A transactions

  • Takes full responsibility for his/her projects and be accountable
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
