Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring custumer and consumer satisfaction and quality by improving the quality of all intermediate and finished products
- Ensure adherence to all Heineken and Coca Cola related process and compliance related requirements
- Support introduction of new products and innovations across all production sites.
- Support production sites in all quality and technologly related questions
Experience/skills required
- Good knowledge of the related areas (for Senior ; manager ; professional only)
- People Management skills at high level ( for managers only )
- Very good organization skills
- Delegation skills (for managers only)
- Proactivity and ability to take initiative, decision making (all)
- Have been graduated in Chemistry/biochemistry engineering/ Industrial Engineering *TPM continuous improvement
