Job Description

This role is open to applicants who have a South African or Moroccan passport, or have work authorisation in South Africa or Morocco.

The Junior Managers Programme is our global concept to prepare executive talent for the future. A hands-on approach is used to coach and train qualified young talent to take on a leadership role within our company.

The Junior Managers Programme at a glance:

  • International assignment to Germany 
  • Focus on Finance & Controlling, Supply Chain and General Management
  • Total duration of the programme: 24 months. After that you will take up a managerial role in one of the above mentioned functional areas
  • Four to six assignments in diverse functions, divisions and locations – including one in a different country, as an integral part of the Junior Managers Program
  • Integrative work concept: project assignments combined with day-to-day business
  • Advice and support from members of senior management
  • Agreement on goals prior to assignments, feedback on their conclusion
  • Opportunities for networking globally with other participants of the Junior Managers Program, specialists and executives

Requirements
  • Relevant B Compt / BCom Honour’s or Master’s degree obtained within the last 36 months is essential
  • 3 years post qualification Finance & Controlling or Supply Chain working experience is essential
  • Proficiency in English and French languages – as the successful applicant must be willing to also work in North Africa in the future
  • Working experience in a multi-national company is an added advantage
  • Ability and drive to be a Department Manager within 3 years after successful completion of the programme
  • Willingness and ability travel extensively locally, cross-border and overseas
