QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Higher General Education Minimum 3 years relevant experience Good written and oral English Ability to work independent Good organisational skills, flexible and ability to prioritise tasks and time manage Attention to detail, use of own initiative, enjoys working as part of a Team Knowledge of Visa processes Adept with MS applications (word, excel). Use of e-mail, protocols, storage, retrieval Application of relevant HR databases Understanding & appreciation of the offshore industry training/certification requirements
SUPERIORHR Operations Lead

AUTHORITYThe Visa Team Supervisor has authority to execute the visa process in agreement with the HR Operations Lead and Global HR Manager Operations and in line with relevant legislation and requirements.
RESPONSIBILITY / ACTIVITIESThe Visa Team Supervisor shall ensure that:- The company’s Human Resources policies are adhered to – Existing procedures for offshore personnel are adhered to – Ensure that the facilitation, coordination and submission of all types of visa applications to embassies and consulates is managed in a controlled and standardized manner – They build good relationships with all agents/authorities to help eliminate delays – Work closely with the HR Operations team to ensure all considerations for current and future operations are managed – Highlight any issues and/or future problems to HR Operations Lead and/or Global HR Manager OperationsThe Visa Team Supervisor’s main functions are:- To ensure the company’s Human Resources policies are adhered to – To be familiar existing procedures for offshore personnel are adhered to – To implement all processes and improvements to ensure they are standardised for efficiency – To ensure local base offices work in line with processes and ensure appropriate training is provided – To ensure the visa team are fully trained in all aspect of the visa process- To generate succinct communications and advise accurately relevant information required to all employees to eliminate delays – To generate succinct communications and advise accurately information to all local authorities where necessary with the support of the local HR Manager – Track and monitor progress of all applications and ensure constant contact is maintained with all relevant agents to progress applications – Ensure the visa team work proactively to gather embassy/consulate data and locations to assist the global employees where necessary – To seek out local agencies to establish good relationships – To visit host locations where necesseary to build relations with local staff and agents/consulates etc – To work closely with the HR Operations team to ensure all considerations for current and future operations are managed – To plan ahead for future operations to manage potential issues for new locations – To provide weekly status reports to relevant managers/operations team – To highlight any issues and/or future problems to HR Operations Lead – To provide training to team members and share knowledge – To participate in internal audits & client audits as appropriate  
SPECIAL DUTIESThe Visa Team Supervisor shall:- Execute special duties directed by the HR Operations Lead and/or Global HR Manager Operations – Participate with input to Budget and Tenders
