The General Manager Home will lead a newly established and evolving division. This is a critical leadership role tasked with shaping and executing the Home Organisation strategy in alignment with the Group’s priority focus on the home segment. As one of the first markets within the Group to operationalise this initiative, MTN Côte d’Ivoire will play a pioneering role in establishing the structure and translating the strategy into commercial success. The GM will be responsible for defining the roadmap, driving innovation, and driving business growth within this emerging vertical.
The role requires strong commercial acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and business performance in a competitive telecoms market. The position is based in Côte d’Ivoire, and fluency in both English and French is essential.
