Summary

Responsible for the understanding and analysis of the business’s strategic needs. Conduct market analyses, analyzing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business. In addition, they develop and monitor data quality metrics, ensure business data and reporting needs are met, and confirm revenuereceived is consistent with expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Studies the business trends and patterns to come to an understanding about different changes it needsand the improvements that are possible.
2. Drives and challenges business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully implement their plans.
3. Analyzes Commercial KPIs on an ongoing basis – Subscribers, Revenue, Recharge, Minutes of Usage, andARPU etc.
4. Determines how changes to the project will affect the business and systems.
5. Collaborates with business staff to thoroughly understand the needs to be supported by the information systems and technology.
6. Works collaboratively with departments to effectively communicate progress and performance.
7. Produces reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to management, customers, investors, and other relevant parties.
8. Conducts cost analysis.
9. Monitors business risk in alerting Revenue Assurance of possible fraud or revenue leakage
10. Maintains current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.
11. Supports other assigned functions.
