About the Role
Helios Towers is looking for a Communications Analyst to support the development and execution of internal and external communications strategies.
This role will play a key part in content creation, stakeholder engagement, and brand positioning, ensuring consistent and effective communication across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality content for internal and external audiences, including reports, presentations, press materials and digital content
- Ensure all messaging is clear, consistent and aligned with brand guidelines
- Support internal communications, including leadership messaging and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with media relations, press materials and external communications activity
- Contribute to digital and social media content, monitoring performance and optimising based on insights
- Collaborate with internal teams and support communication across corporate initiatives and stakeholders
Requirements

Experience
2–5 years’ experience in communications, PR, or corporate affairs
Experience in a corporate, agency, or international environment preferred
Skills
Strong writing and editing skills
Ability to translate complex information into clear messaging
Familiarity with media relations and digital communications
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
