We are currently seeking talented Congolese professionals based in Paris (or able to attend) to join us for an exclusive, invite-only MTN Recruitment Summit taking place on May 14th and 15th in Paris.
This event is designed to connect high-potential diaspora talent with senior leadership from MTN Congo Brazzaville, across key business areas.

- Lead HR strategy and talent management
- Align workforce with business and economic objectives
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who:
Are of Congolese origin
Bring strong professional experience aligned with MTN’s core business areas
Are open and willing to relocate to Congo Brazzaville
Are excited to contribute to the growth of Africa’s leading digital and telecommunications business

Key Responsibilities
Implement MTN Group HR strategy
Oversee recruitment, performance, and talent development
Advise leadership on human capital decisions
Drive employee engagement and company culture
Ensure legal and regulatory HR compliance
Manage organizational performance and workforce planning
Ideal Candidate Profile
5–7 years experience in HR (telecom/digital preferred)
Degree in HR, Social Sciences, or related field
