We are currently seeking talented Congolese professionals based in Paris (or able to attend) to join us for an exclusive, invite-only MTN Recruitment Summit taking place on May 14th and 15th in Paris.
This event is designed to connect high-potential diaspora talent with senior leadership from MTN Congo Brazzaville, across key business areas.

- Drive marketing strategy and customer acquisition
- Increase visibility of MTN products
- Identify growth opportunities
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who:
Are of Congolese origin
Bring strong professional experience aligned with MTN’s core business areas
Are open and willing to relocate to Congo Brazzaville
Are excited to contribute to the growth of Africa’s leading digital and telecommunications business

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute full marketing strategy
Manage brand positioning, campaigns, and customer experience
Oversee digital marketing, SEO, and partnerships
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy
