About the Role
Kigali International Financial Centre (KIFC) will be attending the 2026 Careers in Africa London Summit on behalf of its member financial institutions to engage high-calibre Rwandan professionals interested in contributing to the continued growth of Rwanda’s financial services ecosystem.

Format: In-person, half-day sessions
Attendance: By shortlisting and invitation only
As Rwanda continues to position itself as a leading financial hub on the continent, KIFC is facilitating access between internationally experienced Rwandan talent and its licensed member institutions operating within banking, investment, asset management, capital markets and broader financial services. Selected member organisations will send delegates to the Summit alongside KIFC representatives to engage directly with shortlisted candidates and explore potential career opportunities within Rwanda.

KIFC member institutions are particularly interested in Rwandan finance professionals with expertise across:
Digital banking, lending and payments platforms
Risk, compliance and regulatory oversight (AML, sanctions, fraud)
Treasury, ALM and credit risk modelling
Data science, quantitative analysis and actuarial modelling
Fintech product development and digital transformation
Cybersecurity, automation and AI-enabled financial systems
Ideal Profile
Rwandan nationals currently based in tor around London
Mid- to senior-career finance professionals
Experience within banking, investment management, capital markets, private equity, asset management, fintech, risk, compliance, treasury, corporate finance or financial advisory
Background within regulated, international or institutional financial environments
Interest in relocating to Rwanda to contribute to the development of a world-class financial centre
