Requirements

Drive talent identification and succession planning
Design and implement learning programs
Manage leadership development initiatives
Partner with stakeholders across business units
Monitor performance and development plans
Requirements
Degree in HR, Psychology or related
4+ years in HR / talent development
Experience in multinational environments
Strong stakeholder and project management
Knowledge of HR analytics and learning systems
