Monitors the implementation of all marketing and communications plans across all channels ATL/BTL/TTL and Digital.
- Develops the media schedule in line with the overall Marketing/Business Plan and research results
- Monitor brand budget on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Approves all quotations for input into the system and maintains a running schedule of all orders raised
- Ensures payments for all services rendered
- Consolidates findings from brand health check, customer experience survey, customer services reports &market intelligence to check and monitor the performance of the brand
- Brand Health check & Customer Experience surveys.
- Prepare and monitor competitive environment and give periodic reports
- Develops communication briefs for Brand/Product / Services / promotions launch & sustenance/ generic campaigns and give direction to Agencies
- Developing promotion tactical plan and trade support strategy for the brand.
- Evaluates promotion performance and adjust communication accordingly to ensure promotions meet setobjectives.
- Developing cost effective media schedules with the agency and tracking /monitor media schedulesflightings.
- Activates the new product in the market through outdoor, sponsored programs, Brand ambassadors,Point of Sale material, brand collateral etc.
- Plan and execute non-paid media e.g. SMS, Social/digital media, Ring back tones, music on hold and all brandnotifications on all products
- Identifies new media channels for the brand to ensure a target brand visibility
- Co-ordinates and executes launch & promotional events.
- Activates brand visibility on all exhibitions (mass market) and corporate events.
- Coordinates with agencies launch presentations/explainer videos, managing events resources responsiblefor Venue Branding, meals, Entertainment, Venue security
- Submit for approval all content prepared by Digital officer including fighting and schedules and aligns with traditional media content
- Monitors and requests reports on social media to guide communication.
- Submits for approval social media calendar and budget
- Keeps records of all orders, PO requisitions and tax invoices
- Liaises with Finance for all payments and order generation
