Merchandising Supervisor

Job Description

  1. Monitoring of retail to insure we have the POS materials in all retails/Brand shops.
  2. Ensures that Roadshows and activations in his assigned territory receive all required support in term of Outdoor, street level visibility and surrounding POS materials, Communication collaterals are adequately dispatch and placed
  3. Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
  4. Analyzes KPIs, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
  5. Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, retail partners, and marketing analysts to guarantee adequate quantities, time-bound deliveries, and placement.
  6. Ensures that re-order levels are respected and escalates in case of any deviation
  7. Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
  8. Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
  9. Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc
  10. Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  11. Delivers operational tracking reports on weekly basis for his territory
  12. Consistently deliver fresh ideas and retail suggestions to keep the brand current and dynamic.
  13. Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
