Production Supervisor

Job Description

  1. Elaborates production briefs, review Agencies / production house notes and lead all photo and video shoots.
  2. Update and maintain marketing collaterals (advertising material, branded items, POSM and merchandising) to ensure brand consistency.
  3. Oversee all design execution to delivery with Agencies, creative team and all downstream Partners
  4. Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
  5. Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure quality, deadlines and budgets are met.
  6. Maintain quality check on all marketing materials. He receives and approves all samples.
  7. Actively coordinating work between marketing and regions to ensure Sales requirements are met
  8. Obtains all necessary approvals and acceptance by submitting rough layouts, postproduction materials, furniture and fittings
  9. Co-ordinate internal and external design teams for successful projects execution.
  10. Responsible for the development and management of the Media House
  11. Approves all quotations for input into the system and maintains a running schedule of all orders raised
  12. Ensures payments for all services rendered
  13. Keeps records of all orders, PO requisitions and tax invoices
  14. Liaises with Finance for all payments and order generation
  15. Delivers operational and financing tracking reports on weekly, monthly and annual basis.
  16. Consistently deliver fresh ideas and concepts to keep the brand current and dynamic.
  17. Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
