About the Role
Job Description:
Drive financial systems transformation and ERP implementation across AfDB.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP/ERP implementation (S/4HANA preferred)
- Optimise finance processes (R2R, P2P)
- Support digital transformation initiatives
- Work with finance and IT teams
Requirements
Requirements:
8–15+ years in risk/compliance (banking or DFI)
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks
Experience with ESG/regulatory change is a plus
Lead investment analysis and financial modelling (DCF, IRR, valuation)
Structure debt/equity transactions (PPP, project finance)
Conduct due diligence and risk assessment
Support deal execution and portfolio monitoring
Engage with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders
