Role Overview
Lead revenue protection, fraud prevention, and financial risk management strategies.

Strategic Leadership: Own and evolve the RAFM strategy, aligning with group priorities and industry best practice
Risk & Control Management: Design and oversee end-to-end revenue assurance and fraud controls across the business
Data & Analytics: Lead advanced analytics, dashboards, and AI/ML initiatives to enhance risk detection and decision-making
Technology & Innovation: Drive automation and optimise assurance systems and tools
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leadership, business units, and external stakeholders to influence decision-making
Reporting & Governance: Deliver insight-led reporting to executive and board level, ensuring audit readiness and compliance
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing, data-driven RAFM team with strong technical and analytical capability
