Traffic & Campaign Coordinator

Job Description

  1. As the project coordinator for advertising projects, traffic managers must put together and update status reports and project timeline
  2. Be the point person for any questions regarding project workflow, submissions, and PR/PO issuance to third parties.
  3. Ensure smooth end to end coordination and accurate status management in a fast-paced job with a high level of responsibility.
  4. Maintain a campaigns delivery schedule that outline the status of each job.
  5. Track jobs and determine whether a project will be completed on time and identify if there’s a holdup in the project Alert if extra time or resources are needed to complete the job.
  6. Quality and Content Review to ensure that deliveries are approved by management and according to specifications
  7. Keep Inventory of documentation, quotations and files related to campaigns
