Group Business Analyst

Job Description

The role is responsible for analysis of Pyramid Healthcare Group CEO’s reporting, and extended support to the VP sales business analysis reports.

The job conducts actionable analysis that provide insights to decision makers as well as identify and analyse trends to develop potential solutions.

Key Results Areas /Responsibilities Reports & documentation:

  • Prepare crisp and polished documentation including process documents, reporting dashboards (excel, looker, BI etc.), presentations for the CEOs office.
  • Ensure quality submission of reports including optimizing and improving information flow between the CEO and the Senior management / other Company stakeholders.
  • Create dashboards to provide insights into performance drivers understanding to facilitate timely decision making.

 

Business Intelligence analyses:

  • Analyze data from different sources and make recommendations for the data to be used by the CEO & VP sales.
  • Provide support for the development of business intelligence solutions.
  • Perform detailed analysis & highlights for Pyramid Healthcare Group business performance
  • Provide analysis to manage performance vs appropriate comparator for the CEOs decision making.
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

 

Sales Data Analysis

  • Sales reporting analysis for management decision making as well as into the CRM tool
  • Consistently produce and automate data analysis and modeling on massive data sets

CEO Office Management

  • Preparation of the CEOs presentation slides
  • Update and maintain a robust user-friendly admin portal
  • CEOs calendar & appointments management

Academic & Professional Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in business IT; or related field; Plus professional qualifications

 

Relevant working experience:

5 – 8 Years

 

Competencies & Experience:

  • Proven analytical background
  • Business and data savvy
  • Experience with database management systems
  • Ability to solve problems and reason on the methods chosen
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of Healthcare business models – Major advantage
  • Strong team spirit, Flexible but persistent and result-oriented
  • A strong communicator and team player who can distill and convey insights from complex data sets
  • Experience with some BI tools and data visualization
