Job Profile
To provide leadership in designing and implementing MSME banking strategy for the market segment through managing the elements of marketing mix and managing a team of MSME in soliciting, recruiting, managing and sustaining portfolios for this group of customers.
Job Responsibility
• Prepare budget and ensure that the objective are met, also prepare and implement the MSME & SACCOS strategy of the bank
• Managing and supervising sales and portfolio management in branches related to businesses
• Responsible for managing all MSME & SACCOS related activities of the bank.
• Guide and supervise the Zonal and Branch managers and all business related relationship managers on the growth of the assets
• Leading the team for product development, implementation, pricing and streamlining portfolio
• Have delegated authorities of representing the COO on sales aspects related to businesses and the branch management for business centres
• Responsible for managing business centres in NMB network
• Responsible for launching and management of NMB Business Clubs
Job Requirement
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or its equivalent with MBA
• At least 7 years relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of banking operations and financial markets in Tanzania
