Head of Products development and Channels distribution Pour un groupe bancaire international -Ghana

Job Purpose• Supporting the implementation of strategic decisions on commercial level for retail banking• Setting the marketing mix, products/services offers, pricing communication, segment approach, channel distribution• Supplying of products and services available to customers through various channels

Key results areas/ responsibilities : The person will be responsible for the following
• Development of sales and product strategies• Segmentation management supervision• Survey of the market trends• Supervision of Marketing• Product  management (products development, product packages, loyalty programs, commercial actions, cards, remote banking)• Special product support on- Insurance products and relationship with Insurance Companies• Sales channels development• Support to the sales channels in the implementation of the sales actions deriving from the sales strategy of the bank• Supervision of Quality management 

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
• Detailed understanding of all retail products• Proven experience of managing a similar commercial function• Previous experience of managing multiple teams • Appreciation of the market and competitor activities
