Activités :
• Assister le chef de service dans les opérations Douaniers, Administratifs, Transport et Transit
• Encadrement des agents transit
• Assister le chef de service dans la négociation des contrats et des accords de gré a gré et pour les différentes prestations y afférentes
• Assurer le bon déroulement des opérations a l’importation et a l’exportation du matériel pétrolier
• Coordonnée les activités des sections de mouvement de brut – Fret Aérien – Fret Maritime.
• Veiller au respect des procédures internes propre au service transit, ainsi que des procédures générales de la filiale
• Contrôler et vérifier les régimes privilégiés octroyés aux sous-traitants dans le cadre de contrat de prestation de service
• Elaborer les rapports statistiques (mensuel et annuel) en coordination avec le chef de service
• Etablir les comptes rendu hebdomadaires d’activités du service transit
• Maintenir et étudier les possibilités de développent de l’application informatique transit
• S’informer de l’évolution des textes législatifs et administratifs afin d’assister le chef de service dans les négociations avec les administrations fiscalo-douaniers
• Préparer et présenter au chef de service les actions de formations a entreprendre pour optimiser et parfaire les prestations des agents transit
Profils requis
Formation universitaires (BAC+4) : Commerce international ; science économique ; droit ; transports.
A défaut, avoir une expérience professionnelle confirme de 10ans dans le domaine du transport

Job description
The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties:
• Liaise effectively with government agencies in the bid to secure relevant permits and approvals for import and export functions
• Analyze and determine as necessary the most economic and efficient mode of freighting and customs clearance
• Must maintain adequate Follow-up with Duets in the User Departments served
• Pay attention to TEPNG Shipping and General Conditions and terms of purchase/Contracts to ensure the Company is not exposed to legal liabilities.
• Liaise with correspondent banks, government agencies on import/export functions, approvals and issuances of receipts and RARs.
• Manage and coordinate all activities relating to insurance claims/purposes.
• Liaise with Port operators for Company Interests, and Head of Yards for of stacking provisions management
• Training of other personnel in the Transit function
• Execute internal finance processes, duty payments & procedures
• Participate in shipping contracts, procedures and policy formulation.
• Negotiate and Manage settlements for Material damages arising from operations in relations with Insurance
• Superintend all TEPNG export shipments processes
• Superintend import and export of personal effects.
• Participate in the follow-up and evaluation of the freight forwarders and customs clearing agents
• Issue EJCC Scan/Purchase orders according to the Groups condition of procurement, and ensuring conformity to the Transit Rule
• Engage in shipping operations when necessary, prepare weekly reports.
• Maintain operational files and records of shipping transactions.
Required skills
Education:
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor of Science degree in any Management or Social Sciences.
Expected level of experience:
The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years experience in international trade / shipping or in similar activities
Skills:
The ideal candidate must be very analytical with ability to propose innovative and workable alternatives or solutions. S/he must have good interpersonal relationship, conviviality, capacity of anticipation, analysis and synthesis. Good communication skills and a good knowledge of all
general software (Excel, Word etc) is also required.
