OUR TEAM
Kjetil Kristiansen
Executive Vice President People & Transformation
Kjetil Kristiansen was appointed Head of People & Transformation in April 2023 after having led People and Organization since August 2020. The Norwegian has more than 20 years of HR experience from different Aker companies, most recently as head of HR in Aker BP. He also worked in Aker ASA developing boards of directors and management teams across the Aker group, and in Aker Solutions as head of HR for the subsea business area. Kristiansen holds a degree in Clinical Psychology in addition to a BSc in Philosophy and Intellectual History from the University of Oslo, Norway.
