WHAT WE DO
There is a skills gap amongst young people leaving education and starting employment. This makes it difficult for companies to find local entry-level talent with the right skills and behaviours.
We solve this problem by finding and training young people to be ready for employment.
We operate in Mozambique, Namibia, Cote d’Ivoire, Nigeria and Mauritius, and are expanding internationally across Africa.

HOW WE WORK

Field Ready are specialised in finding highly capable and enthusiastic entry-level employees. Once we have found those people, we ‘bridge the gap’ by training them with the skills they need to thrive in employment. We do this in two ways:
National Employability Platforms – online training and resources to help young people improve their employability at scale.
Face-to-face employability training – intensive training programmes designed to equip young people with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to thrive in their careers – we have a 90% employment rate within 6 months.
We place those young people into jobs or internships at partner companies, and we train managers at partner companies to be great coaches of junior staff.
