About the Role
The Engineering Delivery, Quality & Asset Readiness Lead is responsible for enabling predictable and timely delivery of revenue-generating projects while ensuring that all new and modified sites enter Operations technically complete, compliant, and stable. The role combines engineering cycle-time ownership with quality governance and structured handover control, protecting both revenue timelines and capital investment while strengthening DRC's engineering delivery capability.

Drive continuous improvement in delivery performance
Manage audits, compliance, and risk mitigation
Key Requirements
Degree in Engineering
10+ years experience in telecom engineering delivery
Strong knowledge of quality assurance and asset lifecycle management
Leadership experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
