About the Role
operations for a major oil and gas organisation in Ghana.
Reporting to the Managing Director – Ghana, the successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across marine, aviation, land transport, shore-base operations, warehousing, materials management and emergency response.
This is a senior leadership opportunity requiring extensive heavy-industrial logistics experience, exceptional HSE leadership and the ability to manage complex, safety-critical operations.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 15 years' logistics experience in oil and gas, energy or heavy industry.
At least five years leading a logistics function or major operation.
Operational expertise across marine, aviation, warehousing or land transport.
Proven experience in incident investigations and operational audits.
Strong knowledge of IOGP standards and offshore logistics.
Experience managing large teams, contractors and budgets.
Offshore or deepwater logistics experience advantageous.
