Role Purpose

The Training Specialist supports the Quality & Capability strategy within Helios Towers DRC by designing, delivering, and maintaining technical and operational training programmes for field teams and contractors. The role ensures that technicians, supervisors, and operational partners possess the capability required to operate, maintain, and support Helios infrastructure safely, effectively, and in compliance with Helios Towers engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety expectations. Design and deliver training programs to build technical and operational capability across telecom engineering teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop training materials and programs

  • Deliver technical and operational training sessions

  • Assess training effectiveness and knowledge gaps

  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, HR, or related field

  • Experience in technical training within telecoms or engineering

  • Strong facilitation and communication skills

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into training content
