Role Purpose
Design and deliver training programs to build technical and operational capability across telecom engineering teams.
Requirements

Develop training materials and programs
Deliver technical and operational training sessions
Assess training effectiveness and knowledge gaps
Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
Key Requirements
Degree in Engineering, HR, or related field
Experience in technical training within telecoms or engineering
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into training content
