Variety of functions needed calls for a serious recruitment capability

Scarcity of technically-skilled candidates for certain nationalities, especially Mauritanian, Ethiopian and Ghanaian

Solution

A rather special global campaign including six recruitment days in six different countries as Careers in Africa sought to create the Tullow dream team from the toughest of requirements.

Outcome

8000 applications, 300 shortlisted, 100 interviewed, 15 placed candidates.
