Minimum Requirements

&#149  Drafting / Structural / Mechanical /Civil Engineering background (Diploma Qualification)

&#149  Designing/Drawing Capabilities Required

Health and Safety (Diploma-Qualification)

Excellent command of the English language

Excellent Computer Literacy essential

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

&#149  Negotiations with Suppliers/Contractors/Councils/Government bodies, etc

&#149  Maintain high Operational Standards / Deadlines

&#149  Ensure adherence to given strict deadlines

&#149  Control of a project budget

&#149  CAPEX Administration, Coordination and Compilation for processing

&#149  Order Administration and Reconciliation

&#149  Stock Control Management, Administration

&#149  Sourcing/Securing of prime sites from Landlords (Councils and Private)

&#149  Accurate compilation of site sketches and Building Files

&#149  Maintenance Scheduling; Ensure that all billboards, Citilites, light boxes and other media types are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.

&#149  Flighting as per Flighting Procedure and Flighting Schedules given

&#149  Refer all or any possibility of new sites

&#149  All repairs and maintenance carried out are to be reported to the GM.

&#149  Branch Field Reports are to be completed and handed to the GM

&#149  All Opposition Activity to be reported to the GM

&#149  Planning is to be done on a weekly basis in conjunction with the GM

&#149  Manage and calculate casual wages

&#149  Management of job cards for invoicing and the update of Compass records.

&#149  Download, renaming of and printing of photos as well as transfer to the applicable folders.

&#149  Daily checking of photos in order to note any visible problems with each site worked on and to pick up incorrect flighting etc.

&#149  Liaise with Sales Department and clients when necessary

&#149  Undertake regular trips locally and upcountry to inspect operations crews

&#149  Undertake regular Asset Audits

&#149  Loading of assets on Compass (Asset management system)

&#149  Assist with asset queries

&#149  Stock schedules

&#149  Monthly and Quarterley Health and Safety reports to be submitted.
