 Description du poste :

&#149  Préparer les programmes de production en fonction des budgets

&#149  Superviser la mise en place en œuvre de ces programmes en, liaisons avec les sites

&#149  Etablir et valider les procédures et consigne spécifiques d’exploitation

&#149  Analyser les paramètres opératoires des installations

&#149  Etablir et consolider le cahier des charges pour toutes modifications  liées au process

&#149  Etre le correspondant de l’exploitation pour tout nouveau projet

&#149  Valider le programme de traitement des fluides 

&#149  Préparer les programmes de maintenance de la stratégie en place

&#149  Supervisez la mise en application de ce programme en, liaison avec les sites

&#149  Analyser les paramètres fonctionnels des équipements

&#149  Dans le cadre de revamping, petits projets, participer au choix des équipements et à l’ingénierie de maintenance

&#149  Participer aux appels d’offres techniques  des contrats de service d’exploitation

&#149  Assurer la gestion technique quotidienne des contrats en place

&#149  Assurer le suivi technique des données et documents de l’exploitation

Formation et connaissances:

&#149  Vous êtes ingénieur généraliste, IFP School, process ou électromécanique

&#149  Bonne connaissance des métiers de l’exploitation

&#149  Anglais courant

Niveau d’expérience attendu:

&#149  Une première expérience dans l’univers pétrolier est indispensable.

Aptitudes:

&#149  Doté d’un esprit d’équipe, sens de l’organisation et de la méthode, autonomie, bonnes relations humaines (contacts avec les entreprises extérieures), bonne réactivité

&#149  Capacité d’anticipation relative à la prise de décision dans les situations d’urgences

OIL &GAS  INSTALLATION ENGINEER (LOCAL CONTRACT)

Activities

&#149  Prepare production program based on the budget

&#149  Supervise  the implementation of these programs in coordination with the different sites

&#149  Write and validate production procedures and specific instructions.

&#149  Analyse installation operational parameters

&#149  Establish and consolidate the list of requirement for any process change

&#149  Be the production point of contact for any new project

&#149  Monitor and follow up wells on PDMS (production data management system)

&#149  Validate fluid treatment programs

&#149  Prepare maintenance program based on the production plan. Supervise and implement these plans in collaboration with the different sites.

&#149  Write and Validate big maintenance instructions and procedures

&#149  Analyse the equipments function parameters

&#149  Advise improvement solutions in order to optimize maintenance tasks

&#149  Establish and consolidate the list of requirement for the contractors

&#149  In small revamping project, participate to the maintenance engineering technical choice and equipment choice.

&#149  Participate to the technical call of tender in the production services contracts

&#149  Follow and monitor the daily technical aspects of the contracts in place

&#149  Participate to technical audits/inspections and the technical debriefing

  Training and knowledge

&#149  MSc, or equivalent, qualification in Engineering, IFP School

 Expected level of experience:

&#149  A first experience in oil industry would be appreciated

 Abilities:

 &#149  He/she must be able to work as part of a team and work.

&#149  He/she must be able and keen to travel the World and work in a variety of countries.

&#149  Organization, coordination

&#149  Rigor of analysis

&#149  Self-initiative is essential.

&#149  Good oral and written communication (written and spoken) skills required / good team and project management skill expected
