Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a safe working environment according to Bralima, Heineken and KO standards                                      
  • Plan & evaluate emergency exercises                                        
  • Advise management on safety issues                              
  • Ensure safety rules standards and compliance                                                
  • Analyse conformance and performance            
  • Assure all accidents, incidents are reported and analysed                                        
  • Management of safety process and systems                                                      
  • Ensure safety auditing                                  
  • Manage Risk assessment  
  • Safety training and coaching                                                              

 

Experience/skills required

  • Bachelor of science or engineering degree            
  • Assertive and proactive                                          
  • Aware of product and process                              
  • Stakeholder management
