- Create and maintain a safe working environment according to Bralima, Heineken and KO standards
- Plan & evaluate emergency exercises
- Advise management on safety issues
- Ensure safety rules standards and compliance
- Analyse conformance and performance
- Assure all accidents, incidents are reported and analysed
- Management of safety process and systems
- Ensure safety auditing
- Manage Risk assessment
- Safety training and coaching
Experience/skills required
- Bachelor of science or engineering degree
- Assertive and proactive
- Aware of product and process
- Stakeholder management
