Description du poste :
• Préparer les programmes de production en fonction des budgets
• Superviser la mise en place en œuvre de ces programmes en, liaisons avec les sites
• Etablir et valider les procédures et consigne spécifiques d’exploitation
• Analyser les paramètres opératoires des installations
• Etablir et consolider le cahier des charges pour toutes modifications liées au process
• Etre le correspondant de l’exploitation pour tout nouveau projet
• Valider le programme de traitement des fluides
• Préparer les programmes de maintenance de la stratégie en place
• Supervisez la mise en application de ce programme en, liaison avec les sites
• Analyser les paramètres fonctionnels des équipements
• Dans le cadre de revamping, petits projets, participer au choix des équipements et à l’ingénierie de maintenance
• Participer aux appels d’offres techniques des contrats de service d’exploitation
• Assurer la gestion technique quotidienne des contrats en place
• Assurer le suivi technique des données et documents de l’exploitation
Formation et connaissances:
• Vous êtes ingénieur généraliste, IFP School, process ou électromécanique
• Bonne connaissance des métiers de l’exploitation
• Anglais courant
Niveau d’expérience attendu:
• Une première expérience dans l’univers pétrolier est indispensable.
Aptitudes:
• Doté d’un esprit d’équipe, sens de l’organisation et de la méthode, autonomie, bonnes relations humaines (contacts avec les entreprises extérieures), bonne réactivité
• Capacité d’anticipation relative à la prise de décision dans les situations d’urgences

OIL &GAS INSTALLATION ENGINEER (LOCAL CONTRACT)

Activities
• Prepare production program based on the budget
• Supervise the implementation of these programs in coordination with the different sites
• Write and validate production procedures and specific instructions.
• Analyse installation operational parameters
• Establish and consolidate the list of requirement for any process change
• Be the production point of contact for any new project
• Monitor and follow up wells on PDMS (production data management system)
• Validate fluid treatment programs
• Prepare maintenance program based on the production plan. Supervise and implement these plans in collaboration with the different sites.
• Write and Validate big maintenance instructions and procedures
• Analyse the equipments function parameters
• Advise improvement solutions in order to optimize maintenance tasks
• Establish and consolidate the list of requirement for the contractors
• In small revamping project, participate to the maintenance engineering technical choice and equipment choice.
• Participate to the technical call of tender in the production services contracts
• Follow and monitor the daily technical aspects of the contracts in place
• Participate to technical audits/inspections and the technical debriefing
Training and knowledge
• MSc, or equivalent, qualification in Engineering, IFP School
Expected level of experience:
• A first experience in oil industry would be appreciated
Abilities:
• He/she must be able to work as part of a team and work.
• He/she must be able and keen to travel the World and work in a variety of countries.
• Organization, coordination
• Rigor of analysis
• Self-initiative is essential.
• Good oral and written communication (written and spoken) skills required / good team and project management skill expected
